asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Irish Land Commission intend to acquire for division amongst local applicants the Daniel estate at Moyleggan, Batterstown, County Meath.

The Deputy's question appears to refer to the holding of John Duddy, lands Moyleggan on the Daniel estate.

The Land Commission have published a Notice of Intention to apply to the Appeal Tribunal for leave to resume the holding and the tenant has lodged a petition that the holding be not resumed without further inquiry.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Irish Land Commission have acquired for division among local applicants the Hannon estate at Clondalee, Hill of Down, County Meath, and when this estate is likely to be divided.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Clondalee More on the Hannon estate. The owner has objected to their acquisition and until his objection has been disposed of by the Land Commission it is not possible to state when the lands, if acquired, will be divided.
