Deputy Hurley has given notice to raise the matter of the reply to his private notice question on the adjournment.

If Deputy Hurley would allow me to intervene, I should like to assure him that I am making inquiries into this case and that I will communicate with him when I get the report on the matter and have considered it. In the meantime I should like to assure him that I regret any inconvenience caused to himself and his family by this occurrence.
