Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estates.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will say when the Ryan estate, Ballyholohan, Emly, County Tipperary, will be divided, and when the Smithwick estate, Ballivograna, Emly, County Tipperary, will be taken over for division.

The Land Commission have acquired the lands of Bartoose, Drumcamoge and Ballyholahan comprising 347 acres 2 roods 15 perches on the estate of J.J. Ryan and a scheme for their division is at present under consideration.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands of Ballynagrana, on the Smithwick estate, and decided to take no action regarding their acquisition.

asked the Minister for Lands when the following estates will be divided: The Manseirgh Going estate, Liskeeven; Horse and Jockey, Thurles, County Tipperary; the O'Connor estate, Garanlea, New Inn, Cahir; the Moloney estate, Garaun, Cashel; and the Grace estate, Cashel, the division of which has been under consideration for a number of years.

Proceedings are in progress for the acquisition of the lands of Liskeveen, on the Mansergh Going estate, but at the present stage it is not possible to state when the lands will be divided.

Proceedings have been instituted for the resumption of 87 acres of the lands of Garranlea forming part of the holding of Mary O'Connor on the estate of the Earl of Clonmel, Record No. S.1837, but at the present stage it is not possible to state when the lands, if resumed, will be divided.

The Land Commission have acquired the lands of Garrane comprising 219a. 2r. 2p. on the Moloney estate and a scheme for their division is at present under consideration.

As the Land Commission have not yet obtained possession of the entire lands on the Grace and Carroll estate (formerly the Grace estate), it is not possible at present to state when the lands will be divided.
