asked the Minister for Lands what is the position in connection with the Power Lalor estate, Templetuohy, Templemore, County Tipperary; whether the Land Commission has yet got possession of it and, if not, when they expect to; if also, in the event of a division of this estate, the Minister will take into consideration the claims of the tenants of the board of health cottages adjoining this estate.

The Land Commission have not taken possession of the Power Lalor estate at Templetuohy, and are not in a position to state if or when they will do so. All applicants for holdings receive the consideration of the Land Commission when a scheme for division is being prepared.
