The position in this matter is that the final proofs, which have only recently been received from the printers, are now in process of being checked. I expect that the reports will be published next month.
The Minister told me last June that the report was in the hands of the printers.

It was, but the proofs had to be checked. The checking of the proofs, by a very busy official, was a very big job. He was the only person considered fit to do that work. The final proofs are now in the hands of the printers.
