In December, 1938, the Industrial Credit Company underwrote the whole of a public issue at par by L. Jordan, Limited, of 12,400 6 per cent. cumulative preference shares of £1 each and 15,000 ordinary shares and £1 each. 8,870 preference shares and 6,430 ordinary shares are in the beneficial ownership of the Industrial Credit Company.
