I propose to move that the Dáil agree with the Seanad in the amendment inserted in this Bill. As this is the only amendment made, I suggest that the Dáil should take the amendment now.

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in the following amendment:—
Section 15. Sub-section (2) deleted and the following sub-section inserted therefor:—
(2) No order made under this section shall come into force unless and until it has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and has been confirmed by resolution of each such House.
