I take it that the arrangement fixing the hour for rising at 9.30 p.m., instead of 10.30 p.m., as prescribed in the Standing Orders, will be continued until the matter has been considered by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, which will be nominated tomorrow by the Committee of Selection. The House will therefore rise at 9.30 to-night, and the question on the adjournment—one has been proposed— will be taken at 9 o'clock.
