The Land Commission have in course of preparation a scheme of regulations under Section 21 of the Land Act of 1903 and Section 42 of the Land Act of 1923 in respect of turbary in the townland of Tubbertureen on the estate of T.W. Sandes, Record No. E.C. 2820, County Kerry, and provision will be made in the scheme for such roads or rights of way as may be necessary to provide access to the turbary plots allotted thereunder.
