The latest Index to the Emergency Powers Orders which was published last June covers the series of Orders for the years 1939, 1940, 1941 and 1942 up to the 31st December, 1942. The work of preparing an index up to the 31st December, 1943, is in hand in the Parliamentary Draftsman's Office. This index cannot be published, of course, until 1944. It is hoped, however, that the work will be completed early in that year.
