I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to his previous question of 29th April, 1942, relative to the Weld estate, to which I have nothing to add at present, as the Land Commission have not yet reached a decision on the adjourned objection of the owner to the acquisition of his lands.
Will the Minister say when the Land Commission is likely to resume proceedings for the acquisition of the holding, which was objected to by the owner in November, 1941?
It is quite likely that the question of acquisition has been listed for the forthcoming session of the Land Commission.
