The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of part of the estate of the representatives of James Kelly, at Maddenstown South, Co. Kildare. The owners have objected to the acquisition of the lands and their objection is pending before the Land Commission. Until this objection has been disposed of it will not be possible to state if the proceedings will be continued.
