asked the Minister for Agriculture if, in view of the speech made by the Taoiseach to the recent Fianna Fáil Ard-Fheis urging the growth of co-operation amongst farmers, he will encourage the establishment in the post-war period, particularly in small-holding areas, of co-operatively owned machinery centres, where farmers will be able to procure the machinery needed on their farms.
