The Land Commission have had under consideration the question of the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Springfield owned by the Misses Thompson and the question of the resumption of the tenanted lands of Irey and Knocknakearn, of which the Misses Thompson are tenants, but, owing to the emergency conditions, they are not at present in a position to take any further action in the matter.
