I am not in a position to express an opinion as to the merits of the proposed riverside walk until further information has been obtained of the full development scheme for this area which includes the purchase and conversion of a dumping ground into a small public park and the construction of a swimming pool adjoining the river. The submission of an outline plan and estimate of the complete proposal has been requested.
