asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware of the fact that in some hotels girl clerks and receptionists are obliged to work from 54 to 65 hours per week for a weekly wage of £1 plus their keep; and if in view of the provisions of the Conditions of Employment Act he will have the matter investigated.
