asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether it is intended to amend the abatement clauses of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924 and 1934, before the Dáil adjourns.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Military Service Pensions.
It has not been found possible to introduce the Bill to amend the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 and 1934, in the present session. It is intended to introduce it, however, when the House reassembles after the Recess.
Is this the Bill under which the children of disabled soldiers will get an allowance?
No; it deals with the abatement of pensions.
