The Land Commission always fulfil their commitments. I do not know what the Deputy means by promises. During the emergency period shortage of material and difficulties of transport have caused delay in some cases in the erection of pumps approved for parcels of land allotted by the Land Commission, but every effort is being made to expedite completion of such works.
