The Deputy's question appears to refer to the lands formerly in the occupation of Patrick Mangan containing about 92 acres in the townland of Gortskehy on the Gilmartin Estate, Record No. S.6513, County Mayo. The question of the resumption by the Land Commission of these lands has been noted for investigation. It is not, however, possible at present to state when the Land Commission will be in a position to undertake the investigation.
