It is intended to make further releases of wood fuel from the dumps at an early date and to clear the small balance now remaining before the end of the winter. The pressed turf blocks to which the Deputy refers are presumably the briquettes manufactured by the Turf Development Board at Lullymore. These briquettes form an essential part of the fuel required for industrial use and it is not proposed to release them for general domestic use while the present scarcity of coal continues.
