Vol. 100 No. 14

Written Answers. - Sale of Fresh Bread.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether it is his intention to apply to the whole country the regulation now in force in Dublin, forbidding the sale of bread within 12 hours of its being baked, so as to avoid waste consequent on the use of freshly baked bread.

This matter is having consideration, but I am not in a position to indicate what the decision is likely to be.
