asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he has received representations from the Dún Laoghaire Borough Commercial Association regarding the desirability of instituting an afternoon postal delivery at 3 p.m. to replace the present delivery at 6 p.m.; and whether, in view of the advantages to the commercial community which would accrue from an earlier delivery, he will authorise the alteration of the time of the afternoon delivery from 6 p.m. to 3 p.m.
