It is intended to prepare and publish from time to time an up-to-date index to statutory rules and orders. An index to statutory rules and orders made in the years 1922-38 was published towards the end of 1944 and an index to statutory rules and orders made in the years 1939-45 is at present being prepared and will be published about next October. An index to Emergency Powers Orders and Subsidiary Orders made up to the 31st December, 1945, is on sale since March, 1946.
