Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Licence Fees and Permits.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the several articles or classes of commodities for which a licence fee or permit fee is at present required to be paid for (a) manufacture, (b) sale by wholesale, and (c) sale by retail; and if he will further state, in respect of each such article or commodity, (i) the amount of the fee payable in respect of such permit or licence, (ii) the authority under which such a fee is imposed or charged, and (iii) the date from which the fee is chargeable.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the Ceann Comhairle's permission, to have it circulated with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:
