Arrangements are at present under consideration to make rebate vouchers available in exchange for the fertiliser credit dockets which were issued in respect of the 1943 wheat crop, but I am not at present in a position to state whether the vouchers will actually be available in advance for the purchase of artificial fertilisers next spring. It is considered that there should be a sufficient quantity of fertilisers on sale next year to provide for the utilisation of the rebate vouchers.
