Written Answers. - Division of Kildare Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether a scheme has yet been prepared for the division of the remainder of the More O'Ferral Estate at Cadamstown, Moyvalley, County Kildare, and if so, when the lands in question will be allotted.

A scheme has been approved for the disposal of portion, containing 162 acres 1 rood 22 perches of the area on Land Commission hands on the estate of More O'Ferral, County Kildare, Record Nos. S.4078 I and S.4078 II and this area will be allotted as soon as practicable.

There is in addition 515 acres 1 rood 15 perches of bog, cutaway bog and plantations on Land Commission hands for which a scheme has yet to be prepared and it is not possible to state when this portion will be allotted. Meanwhile, annual lettings of the turbary are made by the Land Commission.
