asked the Minister ster for Finance if he is aware that public concern has been aroused by the action of the Commissioners of Public Works in selecting portion of Ballybay Fair Green as a site for a proposed Garda barracks; that such action will, if persisted in, have a most detrimental effect on the fairs and markets of this town; and whether in view of this he will ensure that an alternative site is selected forthwith so as to allay public concern and save the Ballybay Town Commissioners costly litigation in their determination to protect public rights in this matter.
