asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is aware of the fact that neither Dublin County Council nor Dublin Corporation have yet implemented the scheme of loans under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts, despite the fact that strong representations have been made on behalf of the "white collared" section of the community for the immediate introduction of such a scheme in Dublin where it is most needed; and, if so, whether he will ensure that this position is remedied as soon as possible.
