(a) the Ballyfermot housing scheme includes 1,597 houses; (b) the lay-out provides for sites for 12 shops on the local authority's land; (c) proposals by the local authority with regard to the method of allocating shop sites or shops on housing estates are at present under consideration; (d) it is not possible at present to forecast exactly when building operations at Ballyfermot will be completed.
