So far as I am aware no plans or specifications have yet been prepared for this proposal. An inspection, however, was made, and the cost was provisionally estimated at £8,000. A work of this magnitude is beyond the scope of the minor marine works administered by the Special Employment Schemes Office for the relief of unemployment.
