The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The employment or discharge of a works manager at the Copper coalfield is a function of Mianraí Teoranta and I do not think it would be proper for me to intervene with the company in the exercise of their functions in regard to the employment or dismissal of individual members of their staff.
Is the Parliamentary Secretary satisfied with the rate of progress there?
