There is, I understand, a very disturbing element in connection with the Institute at present, that is a sort of fear and uncertainty. We have specialists there of world renown. It would be a disaster if any feeling of insecurity should get abroad and we should lose the services of some of these. It is very important, therefore, that at the earliest possible moment any anxiety in that regard should be dispelled. It would be a great disaster, in my opinion, if we were to lose some of these through any feeling of insecurity. My own feeling is that there ought to be no feeling of insecurity.
