Representations have not been made to any considerable extent by tenants of labourers' cottages to have their plots increased to one acre each. Where such representations are made and endorsed by the local authority, I am prepared to consider the proposals sympathetically County councils are also encouraged to make allotments available to agricultural labourers in addition to their cottage plots.
