As intimated in my reply to the Deputy on 16th February last, the maintenance of the landing facilities at Faha, The Glen, Emlaghmore, is the responsibility of the Kerry County Council. I am informed that certain repairs to the pier there were recently carried out by that authority, and if any further repairs to the structure are considered necessary the appropriate course would be to raise the matter with the county council.
