(a) 104; (b) 29; (c) there is no delay. Grants have not been paid in the remaining 75 cases for the reasons that 32 are not eligible for grants, 23 have not yet been reported as having provided the necessary housing and equipment; the last 20 received are being examined.
May I ask the Minister in regard to the answer to section (b) of my question if those grants that have been paid have not been paid since the question was put down?
