asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware that there is public disquiet over the fact that at an inquest held recently evidence was given to show that the deceased, who was a patient in a Dublin hospital, was given, in error, while in a precariously ill condition, a poisonous gas; and, if so, whether it is proposed to institute a prosecution in order that the public disquiet may be allayed.
