An area inspected in conection with this offer was found to be unsuitable for afforestation purposes owing to its very poor soil conditions and its exposed location. As there appears to be a doubt between the forestry division and the owner in regard to the precise area offered, the matter is being reopened with a view to definite location of the actual offer.
