The employment of Scotsmen on Irish boats is no different from the case of the employment of Irishmen on Scotch boats. The owners of the Irish registered boats to which the Deputy refers are acting within their legal rights and so long as there is no conflict with the law, I do not feel called on to make any statement in the matter.
