Can the Minister indicate when he will be in a position to make a statement?
The Minister has said that he is setting up an inquiry. That inquiry is taking place but until I have the prima facie evidence established I am not in a position to go on to have the public inquiry for which I have been asked.
Will the Minister be in a position to inform the members of the Garda Síochána who are alleged to have been victimised, that they will be permitted to present their own evidence before the tribunal?
That I do not know until I have the prima facie facts established.
