The information required by the Deputy is not available. An inquiry is at present being made into national income, national expenditure and cognate matters covering each of the years 1945 to 1949. The results of the inquiry are expected to be available this year. The material in course of preparation will cover the subjects mentioned at (ii) and (iii) of the Deputy's question.
