Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Water Supplies.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the present position regarding the water schemes for Castletownroche, Kilcummer, Curraghbrie, Ballyhooly and Ballymacoda.

The Castletownroche Regional Water Scheme has been approved. The scheme will serve Castletownroche, Curraghbrie and Ballyhooly, together with part of Kilcummer. No separate proposals have been submitted to me for a water supply at Ballymacoda.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state whether plans have been forwarded by the South Cork Public Health Committee for the extension of Castlemartyr water supply for a distance of 200 yards to the 18 houses on the Killeagh Road and for a distance of 150 yards to the 12 houses on the Mogul Road.

The answer is "no".
