asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether it is proposed to acquire the Crowley (formerly Kennedy) estate near Trim, County Meath.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of these lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have acquired the lands at Hennigan, Nobber, in the possession of Mr. Deevy.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the resumption of these lands, but the matter is at present under investigation.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have taken steps to acquire for the relief of congestion the lands on the Barlow estate, Nobber, County Meath, now in the possession of Mr. Hilley, Cregmore, Nobber.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the lands in question.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission are now in possession of the Potterton estate, Rathcormac, Kildalkey, County Meath.

Proceedings are in progress for the resumption of part of the lands in question. Possession has not yet been obtained.
