asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission intend to acquire the non-residential holding (belonging to Mr. Malachy Kelly), situated in the townland of Ballyglass, Kilconnell, County Galway, for the purpose of relieving congestion in the locality.
As I stated in reply to a similar question by the Deputy on the 2nd March, 1950, the Land Commission have decided not to take any action for the acquisition of these lands.
