Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Housing at Caherciveen.
A compulsory purchase order made by the Kerry County Council for the acquisition of a site at Caherciveen to accommodate 34 cottages was confirmed in March, 1949. One of the landowners concerned subsequently appealed to the High Court against the order and no further action was possible pending the determination of the appeal. The appeal has not yet been heard.
