Twenty-nine valid appeals were received during the period from 1st April, 1949, to the 31st March, 1950, against interim directions of the Dublin Corporation given under the Town and Regional Planning Acts, 1934 and 1939. Of these six were upheld, four were withdrawn or settled by agreement between the appellant and the planning authority and ten are at present under consideration.
