The Land Commission have decided not to take any action for the present for the acquisition of the lands of Cloonabricka, formerly owned by Mr. Andrew Heavey.

I informed the Deputy on the 25th May that the Land Commission Court upheld an objection to the acquisition of these lands. Further action now would be futile.
