I am not aware that Caherciveen retail flour merchants have inadequate quotas of flour to meet the ration requirements of their customers.
Flour retailers may obtain sufficient supplies of subsidised flour to meet the legal requirements of their customers by lodging with the miller or wholesaler with whom they deal the ration documents prescribed by the regulations.
