With regard to part (a) of the deputy's question, I understand that the contractor for the Kinsale housing scheme has now indicated the reasons for the delay in completing the work by the date specified in the contract and that his explanation will be considered by the Cork County Council at their next meeting.
The information sought in part (b) is not immediately available, but I shall arrange to have it forwarded to the Deputy as soon as it is obtained.
