In view of the policy pronouncements recently made by the Minister in his speech delivered at Monaghan, can the Minister state when the report was submitted to the Government and what is the cause of the delay in releasing it for publication?
I do not know precisely to what the Deputy refers in his introductory paragraph, but the delay in publishing the report has been dealt with in the text of my answer. It will be published as soon as the Government has concluded its examination of the inquiry's recommendations—which are many and complex.
When was the report submitted to the Government?
I have not got that date before me, but if the Deputy wishes to know I would be very glad to give it to him.
