I am aware of a project to establish a bacon factory at Kenmare. I am prepared to grant a licence for such factory if suitable premises and plant are provided, but it is not the intention of the Dairy Disposal Company, Limited, which operates the Kenmare Creamery, to engage in bacon curing.
